What we liked
- + Made of 20 gauge 304 stainless steel and made in the USA, per the listing.
- + Heat stays stable because the grill lid does not need to be removed to access the food.
- + Works with charcoal or hardwood, and a skillet can be used for meats, fish or vegetables.
Trade-offs
- - Fits 22.5 inch kettle grills such as Weber One Touch models only, so you need that grill already.
- - Sold as the basic kit, and the listing mentions no stone or peel, so you will need to supply your own.
