What we liked
- + 28'' x 20'' extra large surface handles big pizzas and bread doughs
- + Non-slip silicone grips the counter during heavy rolling
- + Bright red color makes measurement markings easy to see
Trade-offs
- - Extra large mat needs a wide counter to lie completely flat
