What we liked
- + 660W pure copper motor with 6 speeds and a pulse function for different recipes.
- + 6.5 quart stainless steel bowl with handles on both sides.
- + Includes a dough hook, wire whip and mixing beater, plus a splash guard with an access hatch.
Trade-offs
- - Smaller than the 9.5 quart mixer it replaces, so very large batches will need splitting.
- - Housing is ABS plastic rather than all metal, per the listing.
