What we liked
- + Detachable blade comes apart so cheese and sauce rinse out of every joint
- + Tray under the blade catches each slice so you can lift it straight to a plate
- + Soft TPR grip stays comfortable when cutting through a thick, crusty edge
Trade-offs
- - Scissor cutting is slower than a rocker when slicing a big pizza for a crowd
- - Detachable pivot must be clicked back together carefully after each wash
