What we liked
- + The 36 by 18 inch stainless steel top gives room for cutting, seasoning and staging toppings.
- + Lower shelf adjusts to 5 heights, and six tool hooks keep peels and spatulas within reach.
- + Built-in trash bag holder for bags up to 30 gallons and a paper towel holder.
Trade-offs
- - At 36 by 18 inches the surface is smaller than a 48 inch prep table, so large ovens may crowd it.
- - The listing gives no weight rating, so confirm your oven's weight before placing it on the cart.
