What we liked
- + 31.5"x24" top fits most portable pizza ovens with a little space left for a peel
- + Three shelves separate fuel, dough trays and serving boards below the oven
- + Wheels let you roll the oven out of the garage and back after it cools
Trade-offs
- - Top leaves limited prep room beside larger ovens, so toppings may need another table
- - Stainless steel sheet on budget carts can flex under a heavy oven, so check the load rating
