What we liked
- + Brass bristles tolerate heat and scrub without gouging stone
- + 21 Inch length reaches the back of portable ovens
- + Wood handle stays comfortable and cooler than a bare metal pole
Trade-offs
- - Brass bristles can shed with heavy use, so check the stone before baking
- - Wood handle can scorch if left in the oven mouth
