What we liked
- + 15000 BTUs of burner output heats the stone quickly for back-to-back bakes
- + Nexgrill is a familiar grill brand, so help and spares are easier to find
- + Portable size fits a small patio table or the back of a truck
Trade-offs
- - 12 in. capacity suits personal pizzas more than large sharing pies
- - Lower-cost build runs cooler at the back, so turning pies still matters
