What we liked
- + Stainless steel scraper handles stubborn baked-on dough
- + Brass bristles hold up to heat when cleaning between pizzas
- + 21in length suits most portable pizza ovens
Trade-offs
- - Too short for deep brick or built-in ovens
- - Bristles wear down over time and are not sold as a replacement head
