What we liked
- + Set of 2 lets you proof two loaves side by side from one batch
- + Cloth liners stop sticky, high-hydration dough clinging to the rattan
- + Handwoven rattan gives an even, attractive rise pattern
Trade-offs
- - Liners need washing and drying, which adds a step after bake day
- - Rattan can hold flour in the weave and needs regular brushing
