What we liked
- + Chimney draws smoke up and away for a cleaner burn and better airflow
- + Folding legs make it easier to set on uneven ground or pack for trips
- + Wood fire gives traditional smoky flavor without a propane tank
Trade-offs
- - No rotating stone on this wood model, so turn the pizza by hand
- - Budget for a separate peel and cover for this oven
