What we liked
- + Dual 12 inch nonstick plates cook top and bottom at once for faster pizzas
- + Also makes quesadillas and omelettes, so it earns its counter space beyond pizza night
- + Chefman is an established small-appliance brand with easy-to-find support
Trade-offs
- - Plate cooking gives a softer crust than a preheated pizza stone
- - Nonstick coating needs plastic or wooden utensils to avoid scratches
