What we liked
- + 31 Inch long handle keeps hands comfortably back from the flame
- + Lightweight aluminum reduces wrist fatigue during multi-pizza sessions
- + Perforated head drops excess flour before it can burn
Trade-offs
- - Bare aluminum handles can feel slippery with oily hands
- - Small head only turns pizzas, so a separate launch peel is needed
