What we liked
- + Twelve separate boxes let each dough ball proof on its own, as the listing describes, with no sticking together.
- + Each box is 4.3 x 5.3 x 3.9 inches and holds about 1100 ml, enough for a single dough ball.
- + BPA-free food-grade plastic with snug lids and a stackable design for fridge space.
Trade-offs
- - Each box fits only one dough ball, so large batches need many stacked boxes.
- - Rainmae is a lesser-known brand, and the clear plastic gives no detail on cold-fridge durability.
