What we liked
- + 4-Pack gives enough trays to proof a full party batch of dough balls
- + Commercial style boxes stack neatly in a fridge or on a sheet rack
- + Each box comes with its own lid, so every layer stays covered
Trade-offs
- - Box dimensions are missing from the title, so measure fridge space first
- - White plastic can stain from oily dough over repeated uses
