What we liked
- + 16 inch round cordierite stone listed for temperatures up to 1500 F in ovens or on grills
- + Removable stainless steel handles can also be used upside down as a rack for resting the hot stone
- + Set adds a bamboo wood peel, a stainless steel cutter with blade cover and a dough scraper
Trade-offs
- - This listing is the full set, so you pay for a peel and cutter even if you only need the round stone
- - A 16 inch round will not fit every oven or kettle grill, and the highlights do not state the stone's thickness
