What we liked
- + Gourmet chili infusion balances sweet and heat for pizza finishing
- + 12oz squeeze bottle controls drips on hot slices
- + Also great on fried chicken and cornbread beyond pizza
Trade-offs
- - Taste a small amount first since chili heat can vary by batch
- - Regional craft brand may be harder to reorder locally
