What we liked
- + 7 Inch round aluminum head slides under the crust to rotate pies mid-bake
- + Perforations let loose flour drop away instead of scorching on the stone
- + All-metal build shrugs off heat that would char a wooden handle
Trade-offs
- - Metal handle conducts heat, so keep a glove on during longer cooks
- - Check the handle length reaches into deeper wood-fired ovens
