What we liked
- + 32in length reaches the back of large wood-fired ovens
- + Detachable swivel head angles into corners of the oven floor
- + Scraper and brush combined for fast cleaning
Trade-offs
- - Swivel joint may loosen with repeated heavy scrubbing
- - Long handle is unwieldy for small tabletop ovens
